I'm unemployed and have no insurance, can you help me?

Yes! We can help you get financial assistance if needed and contact organizations to determine if they can assist you in paying your balance at a fair and reasonable amount.

What fees are involved for your services?

There is an initial retainer that is determined in the Customer Agreement. Each case is individually based upon the length of time involved. The initial retainer varies anywhere from $500 to $750. Fees are based on the amount of hospital debt that you have, and the number of claims.  Click here  for more information regarding fees.

I noticed that you are located in Texas, but we are located in another state. Can you still help us?

We are a nationwide based company, and everything is done by fax and email. We relieve you of your financial headaches!

How do I know if my insurance company paid correctly?

We have experienced auditors that have worked with the federal government auditing insurance carriers and know how policies are written as well as how they are paid.
